The home was thoughtfully updated for aging-in-place with a reimagined kitchen, a full main-floor bathroom, and a spacious deck accessible by ramp. Energy-efficient windows were installed throughout, including a wall of glass at the rear that fills the interior with natural light and fresh air from the garden. Modernized mechanical systems feature a 400-amp electrical panel, solar array, and all-electric heating and cooling, allowing the home to transition fully from gas to a clean, sustainable energy source.
